G.J. Mechanical Ltd. is a family operated business, established in 1983 by Yvan Gingras.

Marc & Jason Gingras purchased G.J. Mechanical Ltd. in 1995.  Following the purchase, Marc took on the role of general contractor/supervisor, while Jason assumes the role of shop foreman which oversees the daily activities of the shop.

The welding shop located on Gingras Avenue in Verner, currently occupies 4,600 square ft., and the paint shop on Betty Road is 3,200 square ft. 

The company has historically provided metal fabrication services to a variety of large and smaller clients and has expertise in the construction of custom steel trailers, portable steel bridges, etc.....  In many cases these products are custom designed to meet the specifications of customers.  Also, a significant proportion of the work volume is taken up through contrtacts with Falconbridge Limited where the company is involved in the design and construction of cold heat exchangers and other metal fabricated products.
